       Our replication service offers the following CD and DVD formats:

Quality
Replicated CDs and DVDs hold data further away from the surface than CD-Rs and DVD-Rs so they are more durable and robust.

Printing
Add an eye-catching print to your disc to finish off your production. With our CD & DVD Replication service you get the best quality print options available.

• spot colour printing - printing with premixed solid colours
• CMYK offset printing (80lpc) - highest resolution CMYK process print
• CMYK screen printing (54lpc) - CMYK process print

Note: Due to the large-scale operation involved in cd and dvd replication some form of print is required to aid logging of the many thousands of discs passing through the factory.
