What is replication?
CD and DVD replication is the
process of producing discs with content data pressed
into them, using a glass master 'stamp', at the point
of manufacture. This means that the discs are created
uniquely for your CD or DVD project rather than the
information being burned onto prefabricated CD-Rs or
DVD-Rs, as in the duplication process. The end result
is a more durable disc, which will stand up to any reasonable
rough treatment.
