A leading electronics retailer required recovery discs, that are specific to customer's PC, are ordered in store and delivered within days.

When the customer buys their new PC, they no longer come with the added cost of recovery discs. Customers with perhaps technology limitations or for peace of mind can choose to buy this product as an added value service. It is impractical for the retailer to store a library of recovery disc for each PC or efficiently create individual discs on a 'make to order' bases.

We advised and implemented a system which was able to achieve the following:

• Assist with the process to capture disc images for all computer models sold
• Upload and maintain master images, managing corresponding database
• Process daily orders sent automatically to our secure servers
• Provide feedback on errors and exceptions with a close relationship with their customer service team
• Automatically create personal disc sets and dispatch to the end user
• Monitor any returns and resolve queries with the companies customer service team
• Provide routine information for the retailers management
