The Able Desing Model 1092 SD/MMC Label Applicator System is designed to apply thin film label to SD/MMC/RSMMC devices with a high level of placement accuracy and repeatability.

Model 1092-1 is equipped with a fixed hopper holding approximately 100 SD or 150 MMC/RSMMC devices, the cards are fed from the hooper to the label head, the output is directed into a tote bin.

Model 1092-2 is equipped with a removable hopper at the input. This enables the operator to preload the hoppper with 100 or 150 devices, thus achieving a significant increase in overall throughput.
